Km. 0. Sortida d’Espot a 1.350 m. De la dreta creuant el pont romànic de la Capella, pel marge esquerre del riu. Primer per camí de formigó i després un tram de terra.
Km. 0,2. Creuem el riu Escrita i seguim cap a la dreta per carretera asfaltada. Carretera estreta i amb forta circulació de vehicles. Precaució !!.
Km. 3,3. Control d’accés de vehicles. Continuem per carretera asfaltada amb menys trànsit. Només taxis. Entrem al Parc Nacional.
Km. 7,9. Estany de Sant Maurici. Aparcament de bicicletes. Tornar a baixar per la carretera de pujada.
Km. 12,7. Abans d’arribar de nou al Control, prenem la pista de terra a la dreta.
Km. 15,7. Embaiasse. Continuem per la pista principal a l’esquerra.
Km. 17. Final de la forta pujada.
Km. 17,8. Canal de Lladres, inici del tram pla fins a l’estany.
Km. 19. Arribada a l’estany de Lladres, final autoritzat amb BTT. Iniciem la baixada pel mateix lloc fins la piscina d’Embaiasse.
Km. 22,7. Passada la canonada de l’aigua, prenem una pista a la dreta. Cal estar atents doncs és fàcil no veure-la. Pista amb fort pendent i moltes corbes.
Km. 26,2. Carretera asfaltada de Sant Maurici, continuar a la dreta en baixada.
Km. 27,4. Arribada a Espot.
