1.- Esterri – Isil – Alós d’Isil
By the asphalt road and after by a track way towards the Perosa’s farm house, Bonabé forest, Montgarri and “Pla de Beret”. Return for Baqueira and the Port of the Bonaigua. The itinerary can be made to the inverse one (it is more advisable even to have fun of best views on the forests that findon the part sunless of the Valley of Isil).
2.- Serrat del Mussiero (between Isil and Alós) Bordes de Lapre – Escala Grau – Bordes de Moredo
(end of the track)
4x4 track suitable to go to the lake of Airoto in 1h and 45 min or doing the ascension to the Roca Blanca (White Rock) in 2 hours through the mountains.
3.- Isil (Sant Miquel Bridge) Bosc de la Veda
Track that provides access to the Rise’s farm houses in 45 min 'and the Veda forest. At the forest, however, is easy to get lost, because there are almost no roads that cross it.
4.- Access to the refuge Pla de la Font (from Jou or Son)
Access on foot to the Coll de Fogueruix from the refuge. Easy and suitable for everybody. 15 min.
5.- Son – Les Planes de Son – Refuge Pla de la Font – Campolado – Pas del Coro – Son
Circuit from the basis of the shovels of the Tèsol with view in the refuge of the Pla de la Font and the Coll de Fogueruix.
6.- Espot – Espot Esquí Ski Resort– La Creu de l'Eixol – Llessui
A long journey with a good view over the valleys of Estanyet, Escart, Baiasca and upper Assua. Also possible to visit the Mainera lakes, or descend to Espui the Fosca valley.

Leaving from Espot Ski Station to the Creu de l'Eixol
You must turn left to get into the beautiful EscartValley. It's also possible to go out to Baiasca and Arestui among forests of pines and of firs.
8.- Esterri – Unarre – Burgo – Caubo track
Track that reaches the same peak Caubo, one of the best viewpoints in the region.
9.- Continuation of Route nº 8. Collada de Campirme to Soliguera Lake.
10.- Cerbi to planell de Sartari, at the food of Tres Llacs and the Gola Lake.
